If you are looking for a healthy fun way to introduce your child to yoga, then this is the class for you. Being active is important and we can’t think of a better way to make sure your children get their daily amount of exercise! Our yoga sessions include music your children will recognise and sing along to as we move and stretch our bodies. These sessions aim to improve balance, flexibility & focus all while having fun.
