Laurel Gardner

Laurel found a love of dance through studying the subject at GCSE & A Level at George Abbot School (Surrey), after completing her education there she trained in Dance Studies at The University of Roehampton, graduating with a Second Upper Class Honours degree in 2014, where alongside her studies she was part of CoDa Youth Dance Company in her first and second year and then Third Row Dance company in her final year.

After graduating University she flew out to Africa to partake in an international internship, dancing and creating a piece with the resident contemporary dance company in Namibia. Since returning from that adventure, Laurel has developed her work as freelance dance artist by teaching in schools as well as undertaking professional performance work as a contemporary artist.

There are many reasons she loves being able to work as part of the Boogie Pumps family but best of all is being able to see first hand what an incredible impact it has on our kids!
